The spa was very nice & clean. I came in for a pedi and young man did a wonderful job!!!
It used to be much more relaxing and spa like. However, between a customer's kids running around, playing programming on their devices loudly, and the customer on her cell phone? Added to the extreme busy-ness and rushed feeling? It wasn't the relaxing experience I was hoping for.
My last few pedis there were not done well. Rush job, and the polish was peeling and chipping in half the time my typical pedis last. Last time, i asked about the razor board for heel callouses that they typically use and was told it is an extra charge. Massage was meh. I could have done my own nails better.

Been here twice now, both very good experiences. The only problem is with their pricing. I expect to pay fairly for the services I receive. They have no price chart and when you ask in advance what the charges are, they have been higher both times when checking out. Not saying outrageous, just different than I anticipated.

Hi Kim. We normally have our menu on the reception table, maybe we ran out at the time. We have our menu taped to the wall for the nail techs to verify the price. We also have our price listed online.

Went there once 2 years ago maybe 3 some young man did my nails and clearly didn't know what he was doing no clear polish at all and the polish was off in 2 days plus felt very rushed ... this was a Mother's Day/birthday gift for me... would never go back.. the new nail cafe by chipotle is awesome very personalized service attentive they know how to do their nails!!!
Business response:
One bad experience doesn't mean all nail techs are horrible and that the business will not try to improve their services. That's like assuming all men are evils after one bad relationship.
I got my nails done and two days later the nail polish was peeling off. I called 3 days in a row manager was never their managers never called me back. Horrible customer service
