I made an appointment to meet with them to rent a storage unit. Arrived at 2:30 and they were closed when the office hours were until 4. I called and got to someone that said the staff was on a late lunch and they would call me back. Never heard from them. I went 5 minutes away to Extra Space Storage and had a great, professional experience.
