Jack is AMAZING and very intuitive! There's another guy who rushes and does fast abrupt movements, which is not relaxing at all - If he would just slow down, it wouldn't be bad - But, again, Jack is GREAT!
I’ve always loved this place. I’ve came many times over the past 5-6 years. I still think they give great massages. But after my last chair massage, it will be my last. It is in AR Massage Therapy Law that it’s not in massage therapist’s scope of practice to be popping/cracking people’s bones. Especially the neck and back are huge no-nos. Work in the mall and one of the love tapped my car 😭
Today after my massage I got followed out for not tipping, made a big scene in front of everyone which made me uncomfortable. Won’t be back & don’t recommend!
