Me, my sister and my daughter had a great experience. It's clean, everything was fresh, hot and very good! It actually caught me by surprise and it was definitely worth the price We will be going back

I just ate here for second night in a row, tonight service was horrible. The gentleman serving me and my table of 5 left us without drinks numerous times and walked by repeatedly even intentionally passing by and noticing drinks were low.He was less than courteous; he brought us our bill and we decided not to tip(tipped well the night before; service was good). Staff is inattentive, allowing all drinks to run empty. Half way through they came up asking u pay u pay. Very rude.
We come here a ton, we love the food and the staff is usually so kind. That is till today, our waitress was lazy and rude! They did not once ask us about refills for our drinks. Never asked how our food was. Then when leaving we she demanded a tip. Excuse me! You never did your job!!!! Not to say we wouldn't leave a tip, but to demand one! We most like won't return for quite some time.
Disappointed....the fried noodles were stale, the oysters were dried up.
This is only my second visit to Ming Garden; the first was last week during lunch and the second was this evening during supper. There were a couple items during both visits that were a bit old & tough/hard to cut. However; the wonderful selection of scrumptious choices far outweighed the less savory options. Beautiful upgrades. Food is good. Service sucked. My friend and I just wanted to enjoy food and conversation but we felt rushed. Our receipt said our server was Jack 4 and he stood at the table waiting for us to pay. We weren't even done eating. We still had plates in front of us and about to get some more. So rude. I had to tell him numerous times that we weren't done!!! Dunno if we will be back.
