I reserved space for my mom's funeral reception and the service was HORRIBLE. Unfortunately I didn't check her reviews prior to booking the hall. The day of funeral she threatened to not open the doors after she realized that we were not having the food delivered from the Juan Pollo downstairs (assuming she gets a cut from JP food). And we only received a quote for food from JP never confirmed or paid for anything.
