I enjoyed my shopping experience, very friendly, offering opportunities to purchase more than I was shopping for. We shopped in Ketchikan, not quoted price, just payment plan monthly payments. I went through with my purchase, but since I got home the diamonds have started to fall out of my ring, the backs of my earrings don’t stay on as promised. I asked about screw backs and told I did not need them. Very disappointing outcome.

Wow...wow...wow, is all I can say! From start to finish, my entire process was amazing. My husband wanted to upgrade my wedding ring and I kept putting it off. As we walked by Miner's, we were pulled in by the beautiful display items. The moment we stepped in the store, we received superior customer service. I really enjoyed shopping at the Las Vegas Canal Shoppes location, and I bought a lovely diamond ring with the help of the staff. However, I still have not received an email with the certificate of authenticity that they promised they would send. I live in the UK so I can't just pop down to the store, or make a phone call without spending tons of money. We purchased an anniversary wedding ring on March 10, 2025, and less than two months later—by May 8th—a diamond fell off. I immediately sent emails, photos, and made multiple phone calls. No one responded. For weeks, I was left in the dark—no reply, no help, no acknowledgment. After relentlessly following up, someone finally responded and asked me to send the ring back for repair. Update.... Miner's Gem has made me a happy lady - they replaced my broken bracelet with a new one. It is fabulous. It took an unfavorable review to get them to respond but once they did I was happy to update my review. Tenacity pays off!! Thanks for replacing my bracelet. I love it!!! Miners Gem has contacted me and they are going to replace my broken bracelet. I will edit again my review once I receive my replacement.
