We try to stop at Miners when visiting family in Yakima. There were 2 long lines so we moved into the left lane open position. Young lady came & took our order followed by a middle aged woman who came to get payment. After that we sat & sat & sat for over an hour. Finally made it to the front of the line after all guests in the right lane had already been served & left. Again we sat. I called in my order and the gentleman on the phone was rude from the start with an annoyed tone asking me how long I would be 5, 10, 15 minutes. i told him I'd be right over than drove over as usual and waited in the second line. about 15 minutes in I was wondering if anyone was ever going to come out to the second line at 30 minutes I had to call the store and ask them to have someone come out to my car only to be told they hadn't even started my order because no one knew I was there and it would be an extra 30 minutes !! ... read more
RecommendedI live in Ohio and this is by far my favorite burger joint ever. I have to skip my trip to Washington this year and I’m bummed. You guys should send me a to go order lol (delivery)
They are the best burgers in the state of Washington
The absolute longest wait in the valley to get your food. 40 plus minute wait for a salad. And there was only 2 people in front of us.

Normally the people are great and the foods good but today waited 30 minutes for 3 things, I called to check and it was obvious by the girls tone that it was forgotten. She came out w it a few minutes later and it was cold. Complete waste of Money and time.
I love going to Miners. The entire staff is always super friendly. I have never order anything that I haven't liked. Their hamburgers are the best in town!!!
