Been here since my childhood years love this place to this day best food in Yakima. Always a friendly worker and very caring managers
Use to love the roast beef sandwich, but apparently they now use prime rib instead ~ very fatty, bun got soggy from the fat ~ ended up throwing away the bun and a third of the meat ~ very disappointing ~ won't order roast beef again.
Fantastic food, and worth every penny!!! Salads are the best in town! If you have been here sine 1948, you must be doing something right! Yum!!
Time to be truthful, this place is great if you want nostalgia, but it is not good food. I have been back here a few times because it reminds me of my childhood, but now going back here all I see if the colossal prices compared to places with much better food. I ordered a small drink and curly fries, for that I paid close to 7 or 8 dollars. The curly fries were stale or overcooked, either way I was not impressed. Delicious! My husband and I could have EASILY shared one meal!
In the past we have LOVED the food here but last night 11-8-16 I had a chicken strip basket , and my husband had a big miner burger and about anc hour or two later my husband got very sick and started throwing up and was up all night sick.
