From New Orleans and we are traveling across Colorado, Utah & Wyoming. Found this gem while staying at KOA in Silt. The ahi tuna was perfection and the ribeye special was amazing. Our kids even enjoyed their meals. If you are anywhere close, this is a must!

Very unique place, everything was excellent. Great service and staff was very friendly. My brother is still talking about the wild boar shanks.
So good! Delicious food, awesome atmosphere and very fair pricing! Miners Claim also catered my wedding and did a SUPERB job!

What a charming little gem in Silt... Ashton was our waitress and she was so sweet. She had great knowledge of their products and helped us with what we could order because food allergies. As a restaurateur I truly appreciated the menu and service. I recommend this place even if your passing by to another destination.
