We are currently in town visiting family for the week. Our poor Golden Retriever Max got a pretty serious UTI. Not only did they squeeze us in right away, the doctor and staff were amazing. They took great care of our baby!
We were traveling from Cleveland Ohio to Beckley over the past weekend. Stopped at a rest area to let our English Bulldog go potty. he was stung by a bee and had an allergic reaction. I called 911 from the side of the interstate, they directed us to Mineral Wells vet clinic. If not for the 911 operator and the outstanding staff at Minerals Wells vet clinic we would have lost our baby. Can thank them enough. They are a great group of people. Thank you so much.

I took my mini pin Bruno for 2nd opinion regarding his thyroid and so thankful I did due to Dr Elliott n Tara was just fantastic. Explained everything in full detail, made me a calendar for the next two months as to what he needed... I'm thankful to say not even a week with the new treatment plan he is more alert and walks better. Ty u gals so much from both Bruno and I �� .. Have a great day
Just wanted to thank each and every one of the staff for a searching for Buddy the cat outside of the facility after his escape from his carrier. You went out of your way and above and beyond your duty to get him back. I can't express enough my sincere appreciation. He lo ed all of the attention and care afterwards in the exam room.
