Recommendedhave to have one of ours dogs out to sleep today, very caring, explained to us what they were gonna do, gave us a place with could spend with him before crossing the rainbow bridge. very much appreciated in a sad time.
I have taken two of my dogs here in the last month for issues that popped up out of nowhere and the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate for us and make sure to get us taken care of. Dr. McNatt has been great! we usually go to a different vet but are considering switching over to Mineral Wells because of the exceptional service we have received!
I have a.. let’s just say pretty feisty kitty who had to get spayed and her shots. They treated her with the utmost respect and kindness. After being through several vets who refused to even work with my kitty, they were able to get the spay done and work with her well. I will NEVER go to another vet. They are wonderful

Took my cat here because she was showing signs of UTI and she’s starting to act like herself again! I want to thank the guy that kept us informed with her and treated her kindly🥰 best vet service for sure! Harriett is still hiding but is using the litter box again!❤️
