No customer service Unfortunately I am going to have to give Mineo's one star. It was my husband and my favorite pizza place in town. Most of the time when we called for delivery, whoever is answering the phone is usually rude. But we didn't care too much about it to complain. This past weekend we had ordered a pizza, breadsticks and soda. This place has the rudest most ignorant people working for them. They could careless about allergies that you may have and seem to blame you regarding what they've made a mistake on. Yes mistakes are made but own up to them. Instead of the so called managers yelling.at you as if you made the mistake yourself. When you take down orders follow what the customer ask for not what you think they would want. It would have caused a trip to the hospital that the business owner would have had to pay for.
No fancy crusts or sauces, just honest pizza with real toppings. Sausage is authentic- not the tasteless junk you get from the chain stores. The place is a hole in the wall, but dont let that scare you. One of my favorites.
the pizza was just decent... nothing to write home about.
First time customer – This is the first time I order pizza from this company so I am not sure they are good but will give them a try. I am not always convinced that reveiws are always true. If there pizza or service is bad I just won't order there again. I never post good or bad reviews again because reviews are just not correct. I ordered a Supreme Pizza and the total cost was $21.10 delivered. They answered the phone promptly and very nice to talk to. I hope that this will be a good experience!
Amazing – foodcriticgr couldn't be more wrong, i've eaten at this place on and off for years, i've never seen any "vermin", i've never even seen a fly, yea it's not the nicest place ever, it's old, in an old strip mall. Thats part of the draw, it's authentic, it adds character. Besides that the food is amazing, i'm yet to find anywhere that can come near matching the taste of the hot subs. This place needs to be shut down – This place was full of vermin. I order some food there but walked out after paying when I saw a gigantic rodent scurry up the counters

Why would you pay if you saw vermon? I would have consulted with the owner. Do you really think that because you saw a mouse that this meant the establishment does not care. I have seen mice in my own home does this mean I don't care? I think your review is very inconsistant to being even note worthy!
Good Pizza, GREAT SUBS! – Not only do they have great prices, their food is amazing. Their pizza is good, but more importantly, their hot subs are to die for.
