I had a full body massage and it was *fantastic* To be clear: these are new owners so if you see bad reviews from >3 months ago, it’s not them. Water was my masseuse and he did *such* a great job. He wanted to accommodate my schedule so he had me arrive at a time that was convenient for me, even if it was near closing time. He used hot stones and hot towels too. I had a really disappointing experience here and would not recommend this place. They refused to honor a coupon even after I clearly showed them a photo of it, which felt misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, they forced a tip, claiming there is a minimum tip requirement, which is honestly ridiculous for subpar service. My pedicure was rushed, and the results showed it.
