Great customer service, very polite, and always been able to answer any questions I had.
My appointment was at 1:45 and at 3:00 the doctor still had not seen me, nor did anyone on the staff ever step into the room to tell me there was a delay and why. I made my appointment 3 months ago and I would expect to be seen quickly. My time is important and I have more to do than wait for doctors to see me. I had to make another appointment. I got no apology for the delay or the fact I had to reschedule. Again I'm sure that my time is just not important!
This place is awesome, best service we have ever had with my son's glasses. Love places who take care of their people. Great service!
Darren and Brittany where great with helping me find my glasses. The reason I'm giving this place a 3 is because of the staff that answered the phone when I called. I told her that my glasses where supposed to be in days earlier and that this was the second pair that this has happened to... well she laughed. And not a nervous laugh, but laugh as if she was laughing at the situation of my glasses being late. Now the doctor is great. He is so patient and willing to explain anything that needs to be explained.
Dr. Hawari is the best optometrist around! He caught a very serious problem and likely saved my vision! He is very thorough, has the latest technology, and takes his time answering all my questions! The optician is wonderful as well! Great staff! Great Dr! Highly recommend!
I have been going to Dr. Hawari for years. He is an amazing optometrist with a friendly staff. I would never go anywhere else for my eye care needs!
