Our event was EVERYTHING we wished for. It started with Erin understanding our desire to host a celebration that was both elegant and playful. And we achieved it! We have used Mindy's Catering twice in the last year for family memorial services. They are a perfect blend of quality and reasonable price. We had a lot of excellent choices, the food was high quality and tailored to reflect family favorites, they don't overload you with additional fees and alcohol you pay what you actually use not the inflated prices or corkage fees some of the more well known firms overcharge.
