Mindy has been a great partner for my catering company. We specialize in upscale fine catering and Mindy is always coming up with great dessert ideas for our clients. She is a joy to work with and she will continue to be out pastry chef of choice for years to come!!
Melinda made both of our wedding cakes and now, three weeks after, I'm still hearing comments about how delicious they were. She's the sweetest (pun intended) wedding vendor I worked with and is a lovely lunch date. We got to taste more flavors than we imagined and chose a devil's food with buttercream for the bridal cake, and a coconut for the groom's.
