It has been a great experience working with Mindy. She helped us buy a home. After initial communication, she quickly understood our needs, and was able to find us properties that met our needs. Most importantly, she was great in negotiating and was able to persuade the seller to accept our offer when there were multiple offers. She is extremely resourceful. She gave us a lot of information about the area and provided valuable ideas about home renovation. We really enjoyed working with her.
Mindy is responsive and knowledgeable. She helped a lot through the whole process, start from suggesting how to improve your home with limited budget, provide suggestion on items to use, help contact experienced worker to finish all improvements within a week! The staging she provided is astonishing, brings us huge advantage in a down market. This brings us multiple offers and we got the acceptable one within a week!
Mindy was recommended by our friend, and we consider ourselves lucky that we got to work with her. She helped us with both selling our old and buying a new home. Highly recommend! Mindy provides more value than you can image. The most helpful part that I got from Mindy is she has a very strong network. She will actively talk to list agents when we want to make an offer. And at the same time, she is not push at all.
