Great and efficient service. All staff members were kind and helpful. Would recommend for any of your mental health or therapeutic needs!
Billing staff over video appointments treats patients like a statistic vs a person. I had trouble with payment which took 10 min to solve. she then rudely tells me i missed my appointment although I was 15 min early, and my 30 min was not up. She claimed they have other patients in line which wouldn't make sense if i wanted to use the remaining 20 min of my appointment for actual therapy.
Marie is an incredible therapist. She creates a warm, safe space where it’s easy to open up, and she truly listens without judgment. Her insights are thoughtful and practical. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and effective support.
