Let me tell you. FRANCES MILLER is a no go. She's had 3 months to help me get my life back on track and failed. She argued with me during the sessions and did absolutely no listening. SHE gave me life threatening medication and was absolutely ok with it. She failed to diagnose me after I explained to her detail by detail what I was going through. I'm absolutely disgusted by her and everyone working with her. Some bald guy got aggressive with me and laid his hands on me for trying to return to the session.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care I received at MindSite Behavioral Health. My anxiety and depression were overwhelming, but Fran Miller’s compassionate approach made all the difference. She listened attentively to my concerns and tailored a treatment plan to align with my preferences, rather than imposing her own. Provider was professional and to the point. We discussed all my options and came up with a plan I feels works for me. Overall a positive experience.
Came in as a new patient to have medication management. Frances Miller was extremely abrasive, aggressively and immediately contradicting everything I would say even though I had viable evidence and a referral from my current doctor, as well as a diagnosis dating back from childhood. She also Talked down every other doctor I had mentioned. we went back and forth multiple times.
