While they advertise a phone number where you can talk to someone, when you go through their menu, it ends up with an automated recording tell you to go to their website. No human. I have been trying to update my CC account info with their billing department as the CC was compromised. They shut down access to the control pannel so I cannot provide updated account information. Their online chat said to contact them via email. No one has responded. We can't get to a human to resolve... read more
