Everyone from billing, to referrals, supervisors and anyone else I’ve spoken with has been extremely nice and helpful. They’ve always called me back the same day and I never had to wait. One of the supervisors names Jessica did so much to ease my anxiety in my transition over to Mindpath. Every question I had she found an answer to, everything I needed she found a way to get it done, everything time I called she took the time to reach back out and never rushed the conversation. I’ve been very pleased with the services I’m currently receiving at mindpath. My psychiatrist and therapist are very empathic to my situation and very supportive and understanding.
they have one job and they can’t even do it.
took them 2 weeks to tell me my insurance wasn’t approved when they said 24-48 hours. mind you i had to call twice. my insurance is out of pocket so thanks for wasting a bunch of my time.
Dr Lee Thao has been my favorite therapist I’ve ever had, after going to 12 therapist since I was 5. This is the first time I’ve felt seen and helped by a therapist. And I can actually see my self changing and using my coping skills. I really appreciate this program!
