Horrible experience with this MindPath location that I'll be escalating a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I met with a clinician who, in session 1, informed me she would not be able to support me and suggested a specialist. Understood. I had a follow-up appointment scheduled that I did not recall until the reminder text message. I promptly canceled the appointment and received a bill of $100 soon after. Dr reddy is extremely rude, will interrupt while you’re speaking, acts like hes shrugging off whatever you’re saying, and will not make you feel heard or like hes taking you seriously. One time, he tried to prescribe me a medication that you cannot mix with the anti depressant i was on and the pharmacist did not approve to give it to me because it can cause death. Great experience with Mindpath. Highly recommend.
Be very careful trusting this doctor Narendra Reddy to have your best interest in mind. I was already diagnosed with dysthemia, a mild depression. My regular doctor retired so I needed to find a new one for medication management. We spoke twice and had a normal, kind conversation. I was billed $1,200 and he put in my records that I have major depressive disorder single episode and in remission, which isn't true. Be careful, they're charging your insurance the most they can get.
I love Dr Rogachevsky and his staff. They have consistently been professional, kind, and courteous. I have never had a negative experience from Dr. Rogachevsky or his staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking help.
