I had a tele visit appointment with a Male dr. At first the appointment was going great until he said I lied to him which I did but only about some personal information. He was very rude and unprofessional. Will NEVER go to this place ever again.

I have a long term, serious illness and they refused to break up the intake session in parts because I am too ill to do an hour. Rules over helping people. I'll continue the search until I find a more humane place. Update: I emailed the email address they put below and it was not a working email.

Empathetic professionals who are not qualified in what they do and make mistakes on referrals with little recourse. Can't recommend this place.

So far I’ve only had one session but I nothing but great things to say about the therapist I was paired with! He made sure to do a thorough evaluation of my background to be able to do his best to help me out! I’m glad it was easy enough to set up the appointments and although the process was a bit confusing at first, the customer service was incredible and made sure to help make the process as simple and smooth as possible! I would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

My experience has been positive. I love the way my therapist works with me and incorporates healing and coping in ways that work for me. I would recommend Mindpath to others in need of assistance.
