Horrible office staff and scummy business practices. They auto schedule appointments and then charge a cancellation fee if whatever random date and time they pick doesn’t work for you. Multiple times my prescription was not sent to the pharmacy, when I talked to office staff about it, they say they will leave a message for the doctor and he will get back to me but every time that never happens. I absolutely loved my experience at this clinic. Even though I was extremely nervous about everything related to the appointment, I felt incredibly welcomed from the moment I arrived. Dr. Megan was attentive, patient, and truly listened with care to everything I had to say.
