Love Mindpath Health! Great care and amazing employees! This morning I spoke with Tawanna, (I believe she works in the department that deals with prior authorization for medication). She was SO friendly, upbeat and helpful. She is the kind of person that would have a positive impact on a person's life. She deserves a raise and all the high fives! A++++++!+!
Mindpath really needs to be more upfront and transparent about pricing. Being quoted one amount and then receiving a much higher bill afterward was frustrating and stressful. When you’re seeking mental health care, you’re often already dealing with enough challenges, and unexpected costs only make the situation harder.
