Updated review: Despite having great care under my provider I am considering finding a new practice. I’m being charged $100 for missed or rescheduled appointments if they are not notified at least 2 business days before the appointment. Seriously, $100 is excessive! I called Monday to change my Tuesday appointment due to a work schedule conflict. The rude person on the phone says she can reschedule but I’d still be billed the $100! I’ve never had any practice bill me a “reschedule” fee!

Office staff is incredibly rude. My doctor has cancelled numerous appointments same day while going through medicine changes that need to be evaluated monthly. Patients are charged with cancellation fees and are threatened if missed appointments occur they will terminate your care. Though the doctor can cancel multiple times on the same day with no issues. Both of my kids and I have been seeing Elizabeth Suprak for the last couple of years and she is fantastic. So easy to talk to and is genuinely a very caring person. Suffice it to say if she were to ever change practices we would move with her!
My visit with Lauren Kiraly went well!, she is always so pleasant to talk to, she always show concern for me and my family, keep up the great work Lauren!
