The providers themselves are great, as I've spoken with a couple different one's here. Billing is a major issue though, as my bill tripled from my initial visits to my last couple. Comes across as shady and when speaking to the billing department twice, they were not helpful whatsoever and just kept reciting the codes charged. I've seen different providers at different practices for years, and have never run into a billing issue or the feeling I was being taken advantage of...until here. Beware!
My daughter used to see Jasey Patterson when she worked in Dallas and she has some unique needs. Jasey is the best Psychiatrist my daughter has ever utilized and she has seen many since her early adolescence. Jasey establishes a strong relationship and provides outstanding counseling too! She truly cares about her patients and makes a difference in their lives. We are so glad to be back with Jasey via Telehealth visits!!
It has a nice entrance and is welcoming with a water work and whatnot. The staff are friendly. The elevator is very reliable and responsive. Thank you very much for taking my opinion.
My time with MindPath was a mixed bag. My first provider left his practice there after my first two visits, which already made things difficult. The evaluation was cursory and he ended up accepting inaccurate labels that I received through my hometown’s mental health service. My second provider, the one I saw the longest, was helpful in starting new meds that began to control my symptoms. He also heard me out with life’s stressors at the time.
