Charged me a late fee for a session that I cancelled well in advance. Inadequate service from the provider I was paired with. Overall underwhelming. Admin are rude and inflexible

Mindpath overcharged me by over $500 and then proceeded to never give me my money back even after I spoke to the billing department and they admitted they overcharged me. Their billing department representatives took weeks to return my calls and e-mails and when they finally did call me back, they said it was “out of their scope” since it’d been too long. I unfortunately did not have the best experience with Mindpath, and it has led me to seek treatment elsewhere. I experienced a good deal of miscommunication and disorganization in my communication with them personally. I also felt dismissed and invalidated by the psychiatric staff who told me it was "hypocritical" for me to want to continue taking antidepressants/other medication options if I was to continue using substances (caffeine, nicotine, etc).
