Been going to this place for a few months now and the positive changes I have experienced through this have been amazing. The Mind Gym has helped me with my anxiety and amongst other issues I have been going through. It's a comfortable place and Annika that has helped me through the whole process makes me look forward to each session. I highly recommend giving this place a shot if you want lasting positive change in your life.
My child and I have both been doing Neurofeedback for a while now at MindGym in Colorado Springs. The therapy takes a lot of work but its so worth it, I've noticed a huge change not only in myself but my 4yr old is a completely different kid. The staff, Annika in particular is very caring and compassionate the perfect place for healing.
