Annika is deeply invested in each client and provides thoughtful guidance and personal attention at every session. She takes time before each appointment to check in face-to-face about how I'm doing and what I'm noticing, and she communicates clearly during sessions if any adjustments are needed so I always feel comfortable and informed. Been going to this place for a few months now and the positive changes I have experienced through this have been amazing. The Mind Gym has helped me with my anxiety and amongst other issues I have been going through. It's a comfortable place and Annika that has helped me through the whole process makes me look forward to each session. I highly recommend giving this place a shot if you want lasting positive change in your life.

The therapy takes a lot of work but its so worth it, I've noticed a huge change not only in myself but my 4yr old is a completely different kid. The staff, Annika in particular is very caring and compassionate the perfect place for healing.
