Unprofessional regarding scheduling as a first-time patient. We provided the details requested DOB, Address, and Phone Number. This provider either doesn't know how to work an email or they didn't really feel like taking on a new patient. Additionally, they told us their availability, we confirmed the time and date they suggested, and then they changed it... WEIRD and a RED FLAG.
