Councilor talked much much more than I did. It was hard to get a thought out.

The person who answered the phone, Cassidy I think, was so awesome! Answers the phone and gave clear communication. Was straightforward and understood the frustration it can be. They helped explain that this company was like a third party group to help with scheduling between the providers, but not actually THE provider. Would recommend talking with them if you have questions.
Every provider there apparently takes all insurance till you try to set up an appointment what an absolute waste of my time. Go somewhere else.
