I had a lot of success finding a great counselor who I fully trust and has helped me build good mental health patterns and strategies. Also, great guidance for medications from a nurse practitioner. Their staff at the front is friendly and helpful, not to mention I've always gotten great customer service on the phone too. I work in west Salem, so the location is ideal for my needs. Highly recommend.
The office vibes were immaculate and the staff were so welcoming!
Was billed over $1,100 after being told multiple times by their intake team that I was in network. Their billing team is rude and blamed me for believing their intake team?! This place is evil.
I had a very disappointing experience. The provider barely communicated and did not listen to my concerns or needs. I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable, and I’m honestly unsure of the provider’s qualifications based on the interaction. I would not recommend this place. Maybe find providers that have a degree
