Was billed over $1,100 after being told multiple times by their intake team that I was in network. Their billing team is rude and blamed me for believing their intake team?! This place is evil.
I had a very disappointing experience. The provider barely communicated and did not listen to my concerns or needs. I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable, and I’m honestly unsure of the provider’s qualifications based on the interaction. I would not recommend this place. Maybe find providers that have a degree
They told me my insurance covered my Doctor without even checking. Then they let me rack up $1500.00 in charges before I was told it wasnt coverd. Ofcourse I signed the paperwork that says Ill pay for services regardless of my insurance. Then its 30 minutes hold time to talk to someone who has no idea about anything in the billing department. BE SURE YOU CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE. MINDFUL WILL NOT VERIFY AND YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH CHARGES.
Called asking for a Psychologist and not once did she tell me spouse she was scheduling with a LPC. Two very different things. On the phone I could reimburse to my insurance, online they have paperwork saying they don't provide that. Then when we called to say hey we need a psychologist not a LPC, we called not even an hour ago & the rep on the phone didn't say they didn't have psychologist. It was the only word my husband was saying. Worst is they won't give my $50 back. Highly don't reccomend, just another company like bet... read more
Linda Keizer OR Best counseling I have had Maribelle is easy to talk to and listens to me. In three sessions I have become more comfortable and I believe in her suggestions. Have used her suggestions and I feel I am learning to be more open. I really appreciate her help with my issues and I wish to have friends like my counselor here.
