Every provider there apparently takes all insurance till you try to set up an appointment what an absolute waste of my time. Go somewhere else.
Waited years to finally seek help...made an appointment and the counselor, Guido, flaked and was a no show.
I had a lot of success finding a great counselor who I fully trust and has helped me build good mental health patterns and strategies. Also, great guidance for medications from a nurse practitioner. Their staff at the front is friendly and helpful, not to mention I've always gotten great customer service on the phone too. I work in west Salem, so the location is ideal for my needs. Highly recommend.
The office vibes were immaculate and the staff were so welcoming!
