I was a little skeptical walking into an office building for therapy, but Mindful truly makes their suite so cozy and welcoming. Maya is so knowledgeable and relatable, and I really feel like someone understands me and what I’m talking about. I’m still a pretty new patient, but really look forward to therapy every week!

My son and I have been going to therapy here for almost a year. It’s been nothing short of wonderful. The online portal is easy to navigate, scheduling appointments couldn't be simpler, and texting the office with any issues has always been prompt and helpful. My son is 10 and has been seeing Sherrelle. She’s absolutely amazing and he has always enjoyed his sessions with her! I couldn’t recommend this company and building enough. The atmosphere is calming and the receptionists in the office are so sweet and helpful.

I love mindful therapy group!! I always feel so relaxed in the waiting room and even have great chats with Desy at the front desk. Elizabeth is so warm, engaging, and a great listener, all of which are traits that make me feel so safe during sessions. Highly recommend!

I’m a new patient at this office and I have felt so welcomed by all of the staff. Brooklynne always checks me in and has made everything so easy and seamless no matter the issue, question and everything in between!
