With three attempts to talk to their online and front desk staff explaining that I need a psychiatrist they kept sending me to the wrong doctors even when doctors put in requests and stated my diagnosis turns out they don't take United healthcare for psychiatrist. Very clean free tea water
They’re awesome and they really know what they’re doing. Only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because when I started, I was online and a woman yelled at me for being late and kept going on about how she was gonna cancel the session if my mom didn’t come and since I was late. I stopped doing mindful therapy with her immediately and started in person, I have an amazing therapist now and I’ve never felt better :)
My therapist is amazing. The site is easy
Well I have a great counsler who is helping. But the system has canceled my appts. And I have arrived for 3 appts that were no longer on the books. I travel a lot so have periods between my visits and this causes you to cancel me out and I have to rebook everything. We put a not in my appts that says leave alone pt will cancel appts herself if that needs to happen. Once again I had to cancel 2 appts to go to KS for a funeral and when I came back and went to the 1st appt for when I got back. It had been canceled. I'm tired of... read more
I must say, that the Dr.’s and Counselors, and support staff are all so supportive and helpful. It’s a very relaxing experience.
