Since i’ve started here it’s been an amazing experience and journey. My first therapist i had here was very helpful and supportive but i then got a second therapist and she understands me to the fullest! I am so grateful to have found someone who won’t just agree with everything i say and actually support and walk me through my problems. 10/10 recommend Mindful Therapy.
BEWARE! Absolutely horrendous experience with Mindful's scheduling and billing team. I called to schedule an initial appointment with a therapist, they ran my insurance, TOLD me I was in-network and only responsible for a $10 co pay each visit... Fast forward a month and 7 sessions later, I get notice from my insurance that Mindful is OUT OF NETWORK and I am liable for over $1,400 ($200/session)... The first therapist I worked with here I felt like they didn't really listen to what I was saying. I felt cut off quite a bit and that their suggestions we not actually relevant to the things I was going through. I ended up switching to another therapist here who I did like, although I was only able to see them in person. However I turns out I will need to find treatment elsewhere as I was mislead by the admin team at Mindful therapy. I was told I was in-metwork and only responsible for a co-pay.
