My first appointment was scheduled for a Monday at 4:30p.m. It was to be through ZOOM. I received numerous emails regarding the appointment, so there was no doubt as to the date or time. I logged on at 4:20p.m. By 4:45, the therapist had not logged on. I called the office. I have found Mindful Therapy Group to be very professional, yet always greeted with a very warm reception. My presence is acknowledged immediately and I am always addressed by name. My therapist Angie is very attentive, she listened without judgement and is very compassionate. She has empowered me to make my own decisions and has given me guidance, sending me home with tools, skills and resources to manage my day to day life.
