Back to giving them a 1 star. Unethical billing practices and they only verify insurance coverage after two to three sessions so they can gouge you hundreds of dollars in back billing. They charge you $130 per session, while charging your insurance $210 per session. That's outrageous! I was never informed about their charges for sessions until I was emailed a denial letter, which stated their prices and that I needed to pay for all of it. Wasn’t sure what to expect but this has been a very positive experience. From finding someone out of the blue, that accepts my insurance, and easy to get in.
Every member of the staff I have interacted with has been pleasant and professional. The therapist we work with is very skilled and compassionate.
