Horrible experience. Provider was unprepared and very mean. I have facial expressions, I sigh and do other things out of my control. She abruptly said I don’t think you’re a good fit. I asked why and she said when she asked questions I appeared frustrated or annoyed. I said I could not help these things, and it was all in the record I had sent over to her which she had never bothered to look at. Jennifer has been so helpful for me, I don’t think I’ve ever had a therapist that made me feel so heard and respected. She’s uplifting while giving me new information to help me process both my life in the past, navigating my life in for the future and helping me mourn what needs to be mourned.
