I hate this place. The first therapist I saw did my intake session and then emailed me an hour later telling me that they were unqualified to work with me. Ok. They then set me up with another therapist Guido Blacutt. Keep in mind, you must give 48 hours to cancel an appointment. This guy cancelled my first appointment 2 hours before our first session with no explanation. I have 80% coverage and they waited until I was within their cancelation window to tell me my copay was going to be 147$ for a teleheath appt. "But that's the estimate, it could be less"

Horrible experience. Provider was unprepared and very mean. I have facial expressions, I sigh and do other things out of my control. She abruptly said I don’t think you’re a good fit. I asked why and she said when she asked questions I appeared frustrated or annoyed. I said I could not help these things, and it was all in the record I had sent over to her which she had never bothered to look at.
