Raj he's probably one of the best actors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only has she gone above her way to make sure that I have been taking care of. She is also genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. And that's just being nice. There's so many other nice things I could say about her. Rod is so awesome! Very down to earth and always gives great advice outside of medicine!
I have been going here for almost 2 years, but then my therapist ghosted me twice. Then the front desk messed up billing my insurance properly and has spent over 2 months working on a billing error, where they charged me the entire amount for my appointment incorrectly. They give you the run around and still haven't resolved it. A year ago I would have said this place is great and they take care of you. Not sure what happened but it all went downhill very quick. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
It was so easy to get a doctor and such a smooth process. My appointments always go super well!
