My experience with Mindful Therapy Group has been amazing from day I called to start my journey with to healing from trauma and becoming better.
Anna has been great with our daughter. She is always kind and makes our daughter feel comfortable. The front desk staff are also always very friendly.
The receptionists are always very friendly and greet you with a smile on their face. They are a part of therapy I actively look forward to :)
I was able to get my first appointment very quickly and have seen Maressa H over the phone or iPad weekly ever since! (The weeks I don’t forget, that is, haha). I came to MTG after my previous therapist closed her practice to pursue a career in forensics. M has been great! She gives me thought provoking homework that has helped me put my life into more perspective.
