Just getting started but Bree Mark has been helpful and the whole atmosphere of the place, grounds, building, front desk, etc is relaxing.
My therapist Josh Jewell has been great! I especially like how he will play games with me to facilitate roleplaying tough social situations which is a big help for my social anxiety.
