They use ai in their lobby music. Using AI the mental health field is a bad choice. Personally, I think it’s one of the more disrespectful things you can do to your clients and employees.
Honestly I've loved every bit of my experience here so far. The receptionist are great, the therapist actually has a plan instead of just planning on us meeting indefinitely, and my psychiatrist is so nice and chill. The waiting room is homey and inviting, and it's very relaxing for taking care of myself.
I’m so happy to have found this place. I’ve been coming here a few months now and am feeling so much more confident and organized in myself. Kara is a fantastic person to talk with. The front desk staff are so kind and welcoming. Everything about Mindful has been wonderful!
It is a wonderful place to get therapy I have been dealing with my therapist Jess Wade is the best.
It was great to find a therapist like McKay. Even better was getting him hooked up with my daughter - he is the only therapist she has ever seen more than a handful of times. He's been a voice of reason and an empathetic sounding board for both of us. Getting insurance set up and the admin part has been really easy as well. I would definetly recommend mindful and McKay.
