DO NOT GO HERE Billing department is predatory and useless, they overcharged and made it a nightmare to reach them and impossible to get the money back (if you do at all, we have given up). Their therapists are nowhere near worth the financial nightmare. Their billing practices are despicable. they appeared to be the most unprofessional disorganized therapy company I’ve ever worked with, and it’s not the Therapist. It’s the people in the office BILLING to be precise. They schedule appointments that shouldn't be scheduled so the appt has to be canceled, they make mistakes with insurance benefits and yes, you guessed it...cancel all appts then realize they made a mistake and re-schedule appts and the day of no provider shows up.
