Lucia is the best!!! I started going to her over a year ago and have seen so much improvement in my spine movement, limberness and balance. The exercises are not stressful. If it hurts, stop what you are doing. Lucia is a great teacher of the gyrotonics exercise technique!! Thank you Lucia!
