I have called, e-mailed, used the submission form, in attempts to reach this office for my son to see Roman Criollo. They do not answer their phones, they do not respond to e-mails or the submission forms. Are you even a real business? At this point, I will look for a different office and doctor because clearly the competence level of the reception is extremely LOW. Ridiculous.
If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I totally would. I didn't expect much, but this place really impressed me. Dr. Criollo and CC are so genuine and caring. CC pays attention to every little detail, and Dr. Criollo made my daughter feel so comfortable. She's usually scared of doctors, and I always dread taking her, but somehow he won her over and got through the check-up. Thanks for being patient with us and helping my daughter feel better about going to the doctor again.
Dr. Criollo is our favorite pediatrician for my son. Moving away was tough because finding a doctor who genuinely cares and takes time with patients is rare. He always made us feel at ease, especially since my son is bilingual and had a slower speech development. CC has also been incredible with my son. Being a single parent, it's been challenging dealing with unsolicited opinions about my son potentially having ADHD. Thankfully, virtual visits are available, making it easier for me. MM&CC is what my family and I call a one-stop-shop. Dr. Criollo is extremely professional. He is so tender and kind. Our daughter has been his patient since she was born. She is now 17 years of age and still feels very comfortable with him. He simply puts you at ease with his mild demeanor. He is a wonderful Pediatrician! We also see Ms. Cece Criollo.
