I’m 68. I play softball yesterday for the first time in 7 years. I woke up this morning feeling like the tin man. Ian works wonders. Ive been getting massages off and on for 35 years. Mindful Massage is one of the very best. They earned a customer today.
I recently had a prenatal massage with Alethea which was absolutely incredible! She is a very talented massage therapist with a wonderfully calm energy. I highly recommend her!

Alethea is truly gifted. This practice could be called "mindblowing massage." I have received many massages in my lifetime and the massage Alethea gave me ranks in my top five of all time. Her ashiatsu style is incredibly powerful and intuitive. I don't live locally but if I did, I would be scheduling as many massages as I could afford. Thanks Alethea for sharing your talents!
