Best massage I’ve ever had. As an older guy who is pretty active, I’ve been getting sports massages every few months for a few years. Moved to St. Augustine several months back and needed a new place. A neighbor recommended Alethea at Mindful Massage. I had no real expectations going into the hour session, but left feeling better than I’ve ever felt after a massage. 24-hours later I still feel great. Highly recommended.
