Iain was professional and knowledgeable. My first time going and he eliminated tightness in my lower back and shoulders, fascia work was different but very effective. When I’m back in town I’ll be going again!
I've been receiving body work from Alethea for years. She has helped me heal through a painful frozen shoulder, neck injuries and regular maintenance from long hours as an Artist. I’m 68. I play softball yesterday for the first time in 7 years. I woke up this morning feeling like the tin man. Ian works wonders. Ive been getting massages off and on for 35 years. Mindful Massage is one of the very best. They earned a customer today.
I recently had a prenatal massage with Alethea which was absolutely incredible! She is a very talented massage therapist with a wonderfully calm energy. I highly recommend her!
