NO SHOW! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They no showed my appointment. During the booking process, I informed them the appointment was critical as we were listing our house for sale the next day. I waited around for hours, with my 4 month old baby, hoping they would show up to clean. After not showing up for the booking they didn't bother to return my calls or emails with an explanation or apology. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time. They did a horrible job would not recommend them to anyone and they did not do what they were supposed to do and a scam .they tell you one thing but don't fall thru with what they tell you
