They have done 3 monthly cleaning in my house: the first one, they did not vacuum underneath the couch, I took a picture and they gave me a $20 discount. I gave them another chance because I thought they were quick to apologize and remedy the situation. The other 2 times, they arrive one cleaning on time and the other cleaning late because they had issues with their car.
