While the clinicians are all great here, the organization of the place is awful. I was overcharged 1300 when they didn’t submit to insurance and then when I called to cancel and submitted a cancellation request 3 days before my appointment they still charged a late fee. You can never get in contact with anyone over the phone. It’s not like these treatments are cheap so issues with billing takes away any positives from having really kind and supportive clinicians.

I want to share my experience with this provider in case it might be helpful to others. My first month of treatment went well, and I really appreciated working with Gloria, who was a positive part of my care. However, over time, I experienced quite a few cancellations and rescheduling of my appointments—almost half of my last 12 sessions were affected. Be mindful that MHS is severely understaffed, leading to an irresponsible lack of communication and difficulty in scheduling. What’s worse is if you try to address issues (if you can even get ahold of anyone since they’re too short staffed to answer the phone or return messages), they insist on telling you over and over again why it’s your fault they’re not transparent about their policies.
