Please read the following everyone and consider yourselves warned. My experience with MHS is so poor that I'm coming back well over a year since I last saw one of their therapists so I can leave this review- I was called into work on the day of an appointment over a year ago. I produced a note stating this. The company policy is $175 for a missed appointment even if the patient calls in 24 hours before said appointment. They have a 48 hour policy for cancellation. I’ve met with Doctor Thummala in Marietta twice and both times felt so much more at ease as with any Doctor I’ve ever known! She is incredible and I’m so happy I found her. Complete trust and appreciation!!
I attended for ongoing 2 weekly maintenance TMS sessions, organised while living overseas and traveling there. Austin clinic was wonderful and professional. Marietta was substandard in so many ways. Won’t go into details here except to say the duty of care was sorely lacking and the treatment ineffectual due to misplacement of magnet. The treatment was continued in spite of my immediately saying ‘that is the wrong spot!’
