The staff are friendly and supportive, especially Nurse Houston. However, their corporate office micromanages everything to the point where it’s impossible to reach out to the people physically in this office. The only people you can talk to is at corporate and they don’t communicate well with this office. Very frustrating experience.
Tried to make an appointment for a provider consultation—first appointment was cancelled the day before the appointment time; second attempt was cancelled 45 minutes before the appointment time. The first was because the provider they assigned wasn’t accepting new patients; the second was because the provider doesn’t even offer the treatment I was inquiring about.
