Had a very pleasant and good experience with everyone. I had to get an eye exam, and the doctor who saw me was friendly, professional, and efficient (and I apologize I don't remember her name). I also went in with the intention of getting new frames and was helped by Alaina who was upbeat, patient, and accommodating. She did a great job helping to lay out pricing and looking at choices. I've been wearing glasses since 4th grade (I'm 41 now) and this was my best experience getting an exam and getting new frames.
