I recently took my daughter to receive a diagnosis for her alopecia, and Alyssa Spiegel was excellent with her. She provided helpful information on how we can support my daughter and outlined the following steps, which gave us peace of mind. Alyssa was incredibly kind and handled everything well, especially considering my daughter is a younger patient. If I could give this office a 1000 star ratting I would.
I had Lee Nichols came in for less than 15 mins, sitting down for 5-10 mins then rushing to leave the room even though I still had questions. I literally was asking questions when she was standing by the door even though I was not done, didnt give me time to show her what I needed to. On top of that, her assessment was totally wrong and the reason I know this is because I got pregnant the next month while still using the same products she said that caused the rash around my mouth.
