I have "dental anxiety/phobia". From the great dental assistants who greet & take care of you at the beginning and during your appointment (X-rays, etc), to my dentist, I felt taken care of. A painless experience having cavity filled. A calm, pleasant (I never thought I'd describe a dental appointment that way, lol) experience.
I am getting kind of nervous now when I go to the dentist. I can’t say why but I had two fillings today and I told the dentist and his assistant that I was nervous and they took their time explaining to me what to expect and waited while the topical Novocain started working before they numbed me which made a huge difference. The procedure itself went well. My dentist is thorough and very conscientious. I had a great experience!
Staff members are friendly and courteous. Dr. Lee is very professional, thorough friendly and knowledgeable.
