My experience with my counselor has been amazing. They are very helpful in what I need and want for my mental health. They work with me on subjects that I fear and I have become less anxious about it. So, I give my individual therapist a 10/5 star rating. However, the business mindful counseling is a different matter. It’s run poorly. I’m not sure who the higher up is, but I know that they need to take a class on leadership and practice ownership. My experience at mindful counseling has been stellar. I’ve been seeing Joe over the last year. He is always attentive, has helped me gain practical coping skills and made me feel comfortable to talk about anything that was one my mind. Can’t recommend this office or Joe enough!
